Job summary

You will lead a Packaging Technician team, ensure product integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving productivity and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks (filling, sealing, packaging, labeling).
• Oversee lab product filling and packaging ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records for products and materials.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold productivity and accountability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain readiness of tools.
• Monitor productivity metrics hourly and daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with demand plans.
