Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Cultivation Agent to join our on-site cannabis gardens. The Lead Cultivation Agent leads a team in daily monitoring and maintenance of plant production and health, and oversees quality control to ensure top product standards and strict compliance, while preserving cleanliness and production efficiency.

The role requires experience in large-scale cultivation, knowledge of cannabis policy, and the ability to work within a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• Experience training, leading or mentoring junior staff or new hires is preferred.
• Experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility is preferred; production/facility experience is highly valued.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.
• Guide staff on products, policies, procedures, and regulations; resolve conflicts.
• Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians to maintain a compliant, clean facility.
• Coordinate with Garden leadership to ensure accurate communication to staff.
• Oversee cultivation tasks, document activities per Cresco Labs standards.
• Measure and apply plant nutrients and treatments per policy.
• Ensure plant health through pruning and care in line with policy.
• Maintain strain rotation to ensure variety and quantity.
