Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of management experience in facilities and a proven ability to supervise diverse teams, manage budgets, and maintain safety standards within an educational environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience of 3+ years to be considered for this role.
• Five years facilities management experience in commercial real-estate, institutional or academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work of custodians and supervisors; ensures cleanliness and order across university facilities.
• Prepares work schedules and biweekly payroll, monitors performance, and records disciplinary actions.
• Directs shift and area assignments; interprets contracts and trains staff on new procedures.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and coordinates procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinates event setups across campuses and ensures proper staffing.
