Qualifications

• 4+ years of previous work experience in a related field.
• 3 years of Precast experience preferred.
• Motivation and self-drive required to complete tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Drafter on all projects, responsible for modeling and detailing drawings.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and contractors.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of models and drawings.
• Mentor and coach team members.
