Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, business analysis, systems analysis, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise tools like Power BI and Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience improving business processes and developing standardized workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of business and technical professionals, including weekly team meetings and coordination with government clients and contractors.
• Analyze, improve, and manage end-to-end business processes, including billing and financial management processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate into actionable requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics tools for visibility into performance.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems into centralized tracking solutions.
• Develop automated reports to support decision-making and oversight.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
