Job summary

Kidder Mathews is seeking a Building Engineer II to support the Asset Services Team in meeting ongoing maintenance demands across the portfolio. You will ensure timely responses to tenant and owner requests and maintain high standards of professionalism.

The role requires 5–7 years in commercial building maintenance, strong knowledge of building systems, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety. On-site work with potential overtime and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• 5–7 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance.
• 5+ years’ experience operating relevant computer hardware/software (e.g. HVAC, security, MS Office, Work order system).

Responsibilities

• Support preventative maintenance program for the portfolio.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs per licenses.
• Inspect and complete checklists on time; report needs to Chief/Property Manager.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure quality of work.
• Respond to tenant service requests and maintain safety practices.
