EXP Services Inc. is seeking a Building Control System Integrator to join the Solutions Group, focusing on Smart/Intelligent Buildings and Advanced Control Interfaces & Networks, commissioning, energy audits and analysis. This role can be based in Richmond, Fairfax, Washington, Towson, Columbus, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Florida, St.

Louis or Southfield, with travel about 30% and full relocation support. You will work with Tridium Niagara (N4), collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in engineering (preferred).
• More than 5 years of experience with Tridium Niagara; N4 certification required.
• Strong background in BAS controls and understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, CAD (Microsoft and REVIT), MS Project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel and be mobile for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Work with open protocol systems such as Tridium Niagara (N4 version), including programming, graphical interface development, and workbench.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver intelligent building solutions.
• Support commissioning and energy analysis activities.
• Engage in client management and business development efforts.
• Travel to job sites and work both remotely and in-office as needed.
