AECOM is seeking a Bridge Design Project Manager in Oakland, CA to lead complex bridge projects and client relationships within the Transportation Engineering Group. You will coordinate technical work, manage scope and schedule, and drive business development for large, multi-disciplinary projects.

Ideal candidates have a California PE license or reciprocity, 8+ years of bridge design experience, and strong communication skills to lead teams and engage clients effectively in a hybrid Oakland

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• California PE license or reciprocity within one year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- to large-size projects.
• Strong emphasis on complex bridge design (including rail and metro transit) projects and deliveries.
• Leads technical client relationships and plays a major role in selling.
• Leads discipline department efforts to grow technical expertise.
• Leads technical business development work.
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff’s area of expertise.
• Approves and signs off on work.
• Leads technology leadership in one or more areas.
• Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule for large, complex projects.
