Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking an experienced Medical Breast Oncologist to join our Division of Hematology Oncology in Boston. This role leads the rebuild of the Medical Oncology component of the Breast Oncology Program and collaborates across Tufts Medicine Health System to advance patient-centered care and translational research.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology.
• Experience with chemotherapeutic, targeted biologic, and immunotherapeutic agents.
• Clinical trial implementation and research experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Medical Oncology lead for the multidisciplinary Breast Oncology Program.
• Participate in the weekly breast cancer-specific multidisciplinary tumor board.
• Provide patient care at Tufts Medical Center, with potential expansion to community offices in Stoneham and Framingham.
• Collaborate in the ongoing development and growth of the Breast Oncology Program across Tufts Medicine Health System.
• Share inpatient oncology and consult service coverage with faculty.
• Participate in first-call night and weekend coverage, with fellows providing primary support.
• Contribute to teaching and mentoring in the fellowship training program and medical education at all levels.
