Job summary

The Snowpine Lodge in Alta, Utah, is seeking an AM Server for our winter season to deliver warm, friendly breakfast and brunch service. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests start their day with a memorable experience.

As part of a fast-paced hospitality team, you will know the menu, accommodate dietary requests, and work closely with culinary colleagues to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
