Qualifications

• Prefer candidate who will be teaching at Northrop High School for the 2026-2027 school year.
• If applicant is a current FWCS teacher, the teacher must fulfill their daily contracted hours before coaching.
• If not an FWCS teacher, candidate must be available at 3:30 Monday through Friday afternoons.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and supervise all athletic practices and games.
• Maintain high expectations for students academically and athletically.
• Utilize, organize and collaborate with head coaches and assistants.
• Comply with IHSAA, MSAC rules/regulations and FWCS policies including code of ethics.
• Work effectively with students from multicultural backgrounds.
• Develop positive working relations with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Coordinate with other coaches and administrators as needed.
• Possess SPB/Minibus certification before the season or obtain it.
