FatCats is seeking a Head Mechanic to lead maintenance and repair of bowling and scoring equipment, ensuring guest experiences remain exceptional. You will supervise the mechanical team, schedule repairs, and enforce safety protocols while coordinating with the Facility Maintenance Manager on special projects.

You will review maintenance plans, perform routine checks on pinsetters and lanes, and use operations software to log tasks and track progress.

Qualifications

• Maintain and repair bowling and scoring equipment while following safety protocols.
• Diagnose equipment issues promptly and communicate with guests to minimize disruption.
• Keep clean, organized workspaces and maintain logs for maintenance and repairs.
• Mentor and coordinate a mechanical team, scheduling shifts and guiding development.
• Demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Review maintenance schedules and team assignments at the start of each shift.
• Perform routine checks on pinsetters, scoring equipment, and lanes using operations software to track tasks.
• Diagnose, repair, and test equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Communicate with guests to minimize disruption and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain parts inventory and detailed maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with the Facility Maintenance Manager on special projects and team development.
