Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a highly experienced Lead Boiler Service Technician to spearhead service operations for commercial and industrial boiler systems. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair burners and control systems while providing technical leadership to field technicians.

This role requires 10+ years of boiler experience, strong reading of CAD/electrical schematics, travel to regional sites, on-call rotation, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, inspection, and repair of boiler systems.
• Deep expertise in combustion systems, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field service technicians to complete jobs on schedule.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair burners and boiler controls.
• Perform startup, inspection, maintenance, and repair of steam/hot water boilers and related equipment.
• Complete work orders and service documentation with accuracy; manage tools and inventory.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers; support system upgrades.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service and travel as required.
