Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of vocational training in Collision Repair or similar field (or foreign equivalent).
• 2 years of work experience in the Job Offered, as a Management Consultant, or related.
• Experience with estimating, billing, and profitability improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire body shop.
• Manage autobody staff of 5 with hiring, interviewing, training and termination authority.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and oversee financial records and adjustments.
• Provide strategic staff coaching to improve productivity and profits.
• Oversee estimating and billing to maximize profitability.
