Parsons of Eagle River is seeking an experienced Automotive Body & Paint Technician to join a small, highly productive collision repair team. You will own repairs from start to finish, including bodywork, preparation, painting, finishing, and inspection, in a two-technician shop with access to tools and a paint booth. The role offers steady workflow, growth, and opportunities for long-term advancement.
Qualifications
Experience in collision repair and refinishing, either at a dealership or independent shop, or completed Automotive Collision Repair certificate/diploma.
Ability to perform body repair and automotive painting.
Ability to manage repairs from start to finish with quality and efficiency.
Strong organization, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Complete assigned collision repairs from start to finish.
Perform body, panel, and related structural repairs.
Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing.
Mix and apply automotive paint and refinishing materials.
Complete assembly, finishing, polishing, and final inspection.
Coordinate workflow and paint booth use with the team.
Follow repair procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Deliver repairs that meet Parsons’ standards for safety, appearance, and quality.
