Qualifications

Requirements

Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, large‑scale blockchain solutions. In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana) and their underlying technologies. Expertise in distributed systems, consensus algorithms, cryptography, and smart contract development. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in leading distributed and remote engineering teams is highly desirable.
