Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks an Experienced Dual Dealer/Supervisor in the United States to manage blackjack tables, deal cards, explain rules, and ensure fair play. This is a full-time role with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Candidates should have at least six months of dealer experience or completed dealer's school, the ability to stand for long periods, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications. Excellent customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior experience or dealer’s school required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and bend/reach across the table.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deal Cards: Manage the table by dealing cards and controlling pace.
• Explain Rules: Clearly explain rules to new players.
• Monitor Gameplay: Observe players and report concerns to authorities.
• Handle Bets and Payouts: Collect bets, distribute winnings, maintain records.
• Maintain Professionalism: Stay friendly and professional with players.
• Cash and Chip Management: Manage cash/chips accurately and securely.
• Ensure Security: Safeguard cards and equipment per casino regulations.
