Job summary

Penfield Search Partners Ltd is seeking a Biostatistician to apply statistical expertise across clinical research projects, independently supporting or leading studies, and delivering high-quality statistical documents for sponsors' development programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong applied biostatistics experience, proficiency in SAS and R, familiarity with SDTM/ADaM, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while contributing to SAPs, TFLs, and safety analyses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics or Biostatistics required.
• Strong proficiency in SAS and R for analyses, tables, figures, and listings.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards.
• Experience supporting Phase 1/early-phase clinical trials preferred.
• Ability to develop and review SAPs and TFL specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input into study design, SAPs, and project timelines.
• Develop randomization schedules using SAS, R, or validated software.
• Perform, review, and QC statistical analyses for clinical studies.
• Prepare SAPs, TFLs, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support regulatory submissions.
