Job summary

Trek Store Murfreesboro is seeking a Production Technician with lead responsibilities to keep bikes running flawlessly and to guide the team in high-quality repairs. You’ll be trusted to handle the most complex repairs and uphold standards, while mentoring others and communicating clearly with customers.

As a Lead Technician, you will demonstrate elevated technical skills, a strong work ethic, and proactive problem solving, with focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer satisfaction at Trek

Qualifications

• Lead Technician role requiring elevated technical skills, communication and problem solving.
• Repair bikes quickly and accurately, completing more than 50% of the team’s total repairs.
• Must be able to learn and operate servicing technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead repairs and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Build relationships with bike owners and provide excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers, and mentor junior technicians if needed.
