Advocates is seeking a Lead Behavior Clinician to supervise a team of behavior clinicians while providing direct clinical services and shaping Positive Behavior Support across programs.
You will design and oversee Positive Behavior Support Plans and Psychotropic Medication Treatment Plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and promote data-informed interventions that foster independence and meaningful outcomes for adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.
