Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Project Manager for Major Projects to lead HVAC Controls construction initiatives. You will manage project execution, maintain client relationships, and ensure all operations meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of project management experience, particularly within the building construction field, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000–$150,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct project management experience in Building Construction.
• Experience with projects related to HVAC controls, fire management, and security systems.
• Ability to execute complex projects with multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC Controls construction projects ensuring timely and profitable execution.
• Develop project schedules and communicate progress to management.
• Manage project costs, billings, and collections to maintain positive cash flow.
