Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Lead Bartender for Tala Beach’s outdoor oasis. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 1 year of experience in beverage operations and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

A post-secondary diploma would be a plus, and you must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will train teammates on SOPs, manage bar inventory and forecast demand, and generate nightly reports on staff performance and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Food & Beverage with 1+ year of experience.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in beverage operations, a team player, hard worker and detail oriented.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to train team to implement SOPs for bar operation.
• Ability to communicate to management the need for bar inventory and forecast in demand menu items.
• Ability to create detailed nightly reports of staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues.

Responsibilities
