Qualifications

• Previous Lead Bartender or bar leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing inventory, ordering, and beverage costs.
• Comfortable with POS systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day bar operations to ensure fast, high-quality service.
• Create and maintain seasonal cocktail menus and beverage offerings.
• Recruit, train, coach, and inspire bartenders and barbacks to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol service, health, and safety regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences that bring customers back.
