The Carolina Inn, operated by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a Bartender Lead to greet guests and deliver world-class beverage and food service in the dining areas throughout shifts.

You will lead bar operations, train new bartenders, craft seasonal cocktails, manage inventory, ensure North Carolina liquor laws compliance, and collaborate with management to maintain hospitality excellence. Qualificações

• High school diploma (or GED).
• 5+ years bartending experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining.
• Ability to obtain TIPS, ALE and other related training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage guests while delivering top-notch service and presentation.
• Take orders, utilizing product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
• Enter orders into POS system accurately; track tabs, charges, etc. for end of shift reconciliation.
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner according to Carolina Inn standards.
• Lead bar operations and mentor staff to uphold quality and consistency.
• Maintain complete product knowledge, pars and monthly inventory.
