Job description

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  1. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned.
  2. Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
  3. Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work.
  4. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
  5. Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
  6. Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
  7. Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
  8. I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  1. An outgoing and social personality.
  2. A great eye for detail.
  3. The passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude. A team-player mindset.
  4. Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience is preferred for a Lead Bartender.
  5. The ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time. Working long hours may also be required based on business needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
