Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Analytical skills for required reading, writing, and numerical tasks.
• Must complete company training including safety and department-specific programs, AST-certified where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and supervise up to 12 associates in the Starbucks Department.
• Assist Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Perform duties such as ordering/receiving product, completing paperwork, interviewing and training associates, and planning and directing work.
• Address complaints and resolve problems to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
