Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Coffee Barista Lead in Mora, MN to uphold our high standard of guest service by assisting with beverage and food orders and ensuring accuracy in preparation per recipes.

You’ll operate all coffee shop machines and learn our full beverage program while answering guest questions with a friendly approach. The role may also support the Coffee Shop Manager with ordering, inventory, and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with beverage and food orders and prepare items per guest order and recipes.
• Operate coffee shop machines and maintain knowledge of all beverage recipes.
• Answer guests' questions and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Back-up duties to Coffee Shop Manager as needed, including ordering product, completing inventory, and generating required reports.
