Qualifications

• Must be trained and certified barista.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising of products in the Department.
• Assist in supervision and direction of department personnel to ensure quality customer service.
• Delegate job assignments and responsibilities to associates per duty rosters.
• Order and maintain stock, monitor conditions and appearance throughout the department.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales.
• Prepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.
• Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
• Maintain a clean and appealing customer service area and equipment.
