Responsibilities

• Mix, divide, shape, proof, and bake bread and bakery items to spec.
• Maintain mix times, temp logs and production records.
• Develop and communicate daily production schedules.
• Ensure consistency and quality of finished products.
• Mentor and train other bakers on bread programs.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
• Assist with opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
