Job summary

Lead a team of 6–8 developers, mentor peers, and drive performance tuning, security hardening, and AI-enabled enhancements to backend solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in .NET Microservices and RESTful API design.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design and clean architecture.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments with cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with PL/SQL and AI-enabled backend solutions.
