Qualifications

• Must have own tools in good working order.
• Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications; ability to route wires per technical drawings.
• Advanced skills with moderately complex avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, wiring installation, soldering, and crimping techniques.
• Familiarity with FCC and FCC GROL is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and guide subordinates.
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required.

• Moderately complex installation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of avionics components, and maintenance of test equipment, tools, and manuals.
