Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional structural engineering experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida or ability to obtain licensure within 3 months of joining Garver.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as structural lead on complex aviation projects.
  • Guide design decisions and mentor developing engineers.
  • Collaborate directly with aviation leaders and clients.
  • Influence project delivery strategies from planning through construction.
