Responsibilities

• Review technician assignments and sign offs to ensure adherence to roster authorizations.
• Perform front line spot checks of technician maintenance activity for AMM, RSQCM, and customer guidelines.
• Ensure Repair Station RQC and Operators RII requirements are identified, inspected and documented.
• Conduct engine run/taxi qualification for techs assigned to engines or taxi operations.
• Verify satisfactory squawk completion and operational checks.
• Spot check tech proficiency and coordinate with tech support.
• Ensure MEL procedures are followed and MEL verification per MQB 2018-02 Rev 1.
• Perform aircraft final walk‑around and release, documenting disturbed areas.
