A leading aviation company based in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for day-to-day aircraft maintenance operations to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will lead and mentor Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required.
• Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
