Responsibilities

• Versatile in all AV disciplines.
• Manage multiple events and lead team members.
• Solid computer skills.
• Communicate with team, clients, and hotel staff.
• Provide client-facing, excellent customer service.
• Prep, set, and strike AV equipment and maintain inventory.
• Track inventory and timely order fulfillment.
• Operate AV equipment with signal flow understanding.
• Identify equipment shortages and substitutions.
• Maintain communication with management.
• Follow schedules and grooming policies.
• Represent INSPIRE professionally.
• Maintain relationships with clients and hotel staff.
• Adapt to fast-paced, changing environment and accept input.
• Protect company equipment and report damages.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
