Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a shop team. The role uses flat-rate pay with performance-based compensation, and offers paid training and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose automotive systems and explain findings clearly.
• Active ASE certification path is preferred; company covers test fees.
• Ability to read manuals and follow repair specifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train other technicians as needed.
• Obtain/maintain ASE certifications within two years; tests paid by company.
