Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Saint Louis Park, MN seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership and mentoring to drive a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/suspension.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years (tests paid by company).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical).
• Explain diagnostics and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
