Job summary

Castriota Chevrolet in Hudson, FL is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join its industry-leading Service Team. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, automotive training, and a valid driver’s license. GM experience is a plus; ASE certification is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary automotive training, certification, or equivalent work experience.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• GM experience preferred but not required.
• Broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge and a valid driver’s license.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair in a timely manner.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Explain repairs to customers in non-technical terms.
• Maintain shop safety and documentation in compliance with standards.
• Assist others and stay current with new technologies through training.
