A family-owned automotive repair shop in Philadelphia is seeking dedicated automotive technicians to perform maintenance tasks and assist in repairs. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some experience or training in automotive repair, and strong customer service skills. • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and vehicle conditions.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair recommendations, and costs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Update your skills through training, workshops, and Meineke's resources to stay current with industry trends.
