Job summary

Barren Troy Holdings, Ltd. seeks a Lead Automotive Technician for our high-volume Meineke center. You will work efficiently in a fast-paced shop, bring your own tools, and deliver quality, timely work alongside Store Managers.

Compensation includes weekly pay ($30.00-$45.00/hour) with a 30-hour minimum, plus benefits and opportunities for ASE certification bonuses. This is a full-time, in-person position in Hutchinson, KS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Automotive Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements.
• Complete digital inspections for customers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues.
• Read schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, possess their own comprehensive set of tools, and take pride in delivering quality and timely work.

We provide a clean, modern and safe workspace equipped with state-of-the-art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the chance to work alongside skilled Store Managers. Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Complete digital inspections to provide to the customer.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiarity with schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an Automotive Technician
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $30.00-$45.00/Flat Rate depending on qualifications. Guarantee of 30 hours per week.
