Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Automotive Repair Assistant Manager to lead the Car Care Center in Willow Grove, PA. You will supervise technicians and advisors, oversee repairs, and drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, shop scheduling, estimates, and adherence to AAA Car Care policies. The role requires leadership, automotive expertise, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Service Department functions and activities.
• Mentor Repair Technicians and Service Advisors.
• Assist in hiring, evaluation, and training of staff.
• Create estimates and work orders; assist at sales counter as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MAP, and safety regulations.
