Job summary

Sun Devil Auto is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to diagnose and repair customer vehicles in accordance with MAP guidelines and company standards. The role involves working from multi-point inspections and repair orders, explaining diagnoses to customers and staff, and recommending essential services to maintain vehicle reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 18 years old.
• Prefer a minimum of one unexpired ASE or equivalent experience or training.
• Must possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certification/experience level.
• Performs work as outlined on MIO/Repair Order with accuracy.
• Explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs to customers and store staff.
• Recommends necessary services to keep vehicles running and documents recommendations.
• Maintains ASE certifications and renewals as needed.
