Qualifications

• Must have master-level mechanical and electrical skills.

• Minimum 7 years hands-on vehicle repair with 3 years in a senior/lead diagnostics role.
• Proficient with advanced shop equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex diagnostics and perform in-depth tests and post-repair verifications on all vehicle makes and models.
• Expert-level diagnostics and troubleshooting of engine, transmission, and electrical systems; interpret DTCs and live data.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with the Service Manager, delivering detailed repair recommendations.
• Proactively identify and communicate scheduled maintenance and safety concerns to the Service Manager.
