Job summary

Oshkosh Delivery is seeking an Assembler III to lead assembly line activities and ensure timely, high-quality production of sub-assemblies. You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components, and guide teammates across stations to maximize efficiency.

Requirements include 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to follow established methods while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in automotive manufacturing is required.
• Must be able to communicate with leadership and team members effectively.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical/hydraulic/mechanical components and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly line(s) and lead team members for efficient production.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components using diagrams.
• Cross-train staff to perform assemblies at multiple sub-stations.
• Ensure safety, quality checks, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Route harnesses, assemble subassemblies, and perform function testing.
