Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor Automation to lead Automation Technicians on the Rensselaer site.

The role focuses on ensuring automated manufacturing equipment and plant utilities are reliable and properly maintained, with oversight of automation work on the production floor. The candidate will mentor technicians, manage maintenance scheduling, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution between automation, manufacturing, and facilities.

Qualifications

AS/AT/AAT in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience
Experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing desired
Gowning and cleanroom attire requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks (up to 10 hours) in cleanroom environment

Responsibilities

Provide mentoring and development opportunities to Automation Technicians while supervising activities on the plant floor
Perform full gowning when entering production areas
Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance/repairs on automated systems
Coordinate issue resolution between Automation, Manufacturing and Facilities
Support deviation management process including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Lead and mentor team with strong communication and troubleshooting skills
