Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with automation systems, switchgear, power distribution, metering, MCCs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• PM scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
• Willingness to obtain government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation systems projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules to guide execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and proactively manage risks and changes.
• Build and manage a high-performance project team across disciplines.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate status, milestones, and outcomes.
