Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Sr. Automation Engineer in Lewisville, TX. This role ensures continuous operation of advanced laboratory automation, with 24/7 support and formal maintenance processes. You will troubleshoot, validate software, and coordinate with vendors to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

Experience servicing complex automation systems and track/robotic arms.
Develops tests and simulations to ensure systems work as intended.
Investigates defects or errors and prioritizes repairs.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and repair automated equipment 24/7.
Perform software testing and validation.
Maintain inventory of service parts cost-effectively.
Record and report via CMMS and to supervisors.
Coordinate with vendors for advanced training.
