Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven Java development and testing experience.
• Strong Selenium test automation expertise.
• Hands-on mobile testing with Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of developers, QA engineers, and testers.
• Develop Java-based applications to meet client needs.
• Create and maintain Selenium-based test scripts for automation.
• Design and execute mobile testing strategies using Appium and related tools.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and clients to deliver solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality.
• Monitor progress and manage client expectations for timely delivery.
