Qualifications

• Experience with automatic transmission development and validation.
• Proficiency with ETAS INCA, Vector CANalyzer, or similar data acquisition tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission development, testing, and validation activities.
• Create test plans, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Support test cell setup, instrumentation, and validation execution.
• Analyze test data and generate detailed validation reports.
• Investigate test failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including software, calibration, thermal, engine, and hardware groups.
• Conduct post-test inspections and document results.
• Manage multiple engineering projects and deadlines.
