Job summary

Tire Rack in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a lead technician for our high-volume shop. You will oversee repair work, mentor junior techs, and ensure quality workmanship across AC, electrical, diagnostics, steering and suspension, and brake services.

The right candidate has 7+ years in a dealership or flag shop, ASE certifications, and a proven ability to work with leadership to drive performance. We offer a lucrative sign-on bonus, premier benefits, and industry-leading compensation.

We are looking for a lead technician at one of our high volume shops in Fayetteville Arkansas! Due to expansion and growth, we have a rare opportunity for the right fit.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years experience as a flag or dealership tech. Has ASE certifications and can easily perform AC, Electrical, Diagnostics, as well as Steering and Suspension and Brake work on just about any vehicle. Averages well above +50 flag hours per week at their current job. Doesn't need to be a "Master Tech", but can quickly and efficiently handle just about anything. Sets a good example for younger techs to learn from and can work well with leadership and other technicians to ensure we are producing quality workmanship at their location as a whole. We are locally owned and operated, but we know the automotive repair world well. We know what it takes to be successful and we will provide you with resources to level up your career!
